  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition. This includes the product, its packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other components that came with the item. All items must be free from any scratches, signs of wear, or misuse.

  • Restocking Fee: All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This helps to cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.

Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products resulting from improper usage or mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or any parts.

  • Custom or special order items that have been built to your specifications or are personalized.

  • Consumable items (such as cables, adapters, and batteries) that have been opened or used.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to support@bitminingshop.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The product name and reason for return.

    • Clear photos of the product if there are any issues such as defects, damages, or incorrect items received.

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number:
    After reviewing your return request, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your returned product. Returns sent without this number may not be accepted.

  3. Prepare the Product for Return:
    Once you have received your RA number, pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ensure that all components, accessories, and manuals are included. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.

  4. Ship the Product Back:
    Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team. The return address will be included with the RA number. Please ensure the package is adequately insured and tracked to prevent loss during shipping.

    • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective product or incorrect item sent).

    • Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or JNE to ensure the safe return of your product.


Inspection and Restocking Fee

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements for a return (unused, undamaged, in original condition).

  • If the product passes inspection, a refund will be processed. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.


Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition (e.g., missing components, signs of use, or damage), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition upon return.

  • Refund Denial: If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged due to misuse or returned after 30 days), we will notify you that the return has been denied, and the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer the following steps for resolution:

  • Notify Us Within 7 Days: If you notice any defects, damages, or issues with your product upon receiving it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return or Replacement: We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item. Once the product is received, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on the nature of the defect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must initiate a return for the original product and then place a new order for the replacement product.


Late or Missing Refunds
